Nigerian-born, London-based designer Duro Olowu presents feminine silhouettes and bold prints and colors in sizes X-Small to X-Large. The limited-edition collection is inspired by American classics with global flair, and consists of over 70 pieces of apparel, jewelry, shoes and accessories retailing under $100. Duro is a master at mixing colors, patterns and textures. The vibrant paisley, multicolor plaid and abstract leaf prints are so diverse yet go together without question.
I had a chance to preview the collection on February 10th, while celebrating The Daily's 10th anniversary at Stone Rose Lounge. Guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and picked out their favorite pieces.
