One More Day to Shop! Candela Sample Sale Shopping Haul & Price List

I stopped by the Candela sample sale today and got some amazing pieces! My only regret is that I couldn't get to the sale on the first day, as there were no more flats in my size! Candela Spring 2014 at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week

Candela goes Nautical glam for Spring 2014, with a beautiful off-white mesh gown with leaf embroidery as their first look and my immediate favorite. Rope tassel belts and straps and are incorporated into a collection filled with feminine lace, embroidery and beading.

To add to the sea theme, Amy Farid for Bumble and bumble accessorized the hair with fish nets. Several of Candela's key looks have a longer silhouette, including a floor length navy silk charmeuse dress with nautical rope straps, a blush eyelet dress with scalloped hem and a navy silk low-back gown with raffia mirror embroidery trim.

For a sportier yet feminine look is a cropped grey sweatshirt with white eyelet sleeves paired with an off-white sheer cutout eyelet skirt. Satin bow, pointed and embroidery flats dominated the collection, but I did spot a colorful pair of mirror embroidery heels.

Candela Fall 2013

Candela Fall 2013 showcases vintage-inspired, romantic feminine dresses and skirts with lace and beaded embroidery, mixed with sweaters and sweatshirts. The collection also had a western feel with fringe detailing and a rocker edge with a leather biker jacket. Definitely a styling stealer - knit beanies adorned with jeweled headbands.
