Rue La La's semiannual "Shoe La La" sale starts at 11am on July 31st. The sale includes over 20,000 pairs of shoes for women, men and kids and a special section of steals under $40. Rachel Roy and Badgley Mischka are among the top featured shoe designers. But be sure to hurry - this sale ends Saturday, August 3rd at midnight.
