On Tuesday, April 9th at Old School in NYC, Target and Kate Young hosted a private shopping event for celebrities, industry VIPs and friends to celebrate the Kate Young for Target collection, launching in stores and online April 14th.
Notable attendees included Michelle Williams, Maggie Gyllenhall, Kate Mara, Debby Ryan, Derek Blasberg, Jason Wu, Mara Hoffman and Charlotte Ronson.
The high school dance-themed party was complete with paper corsages, bleachers, disco ball and music by DJ Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor. Guests sipped on pink champagne and enjoyed desserts served on a clipboard - pink sparkle white chocolate, coffee caramel, pink marshmallow and pink chocolate dipped cookies.
The exclusive collection features over 30 pieces of women's apparel and accessories, including an assortment of special occasion dresses, clutches, jewelry and shoes. Prices range from $29.99 - $89.99 for apparel and $14.99 - $49.99 for accessories. I am really excited about the gold arrow earrings I got, but didn't see the polka dot bodysuit, leopard-print booties and flame pumps at the launch party.
