GOODNESS Lounge at New York Fashion Week Fall 2012

During New York Fashion Week Fall 2012, the GOODNESS Lounge by Renaissance Hotels at Museum of Arts and Design was one of my favorite stopovers between shows. The lounge was designed by Niki Cheng, owner of BoConcept New York, with makeup touch-ups by Lancôme and massages by Equinox and complimentary nail polish changes. CIRCA also showcased their collection of recycled, sustainable luxury jewelry.

I spoke with supermodel/environmentalist Elettra Wiedemann about GOODNESS, the full service pop-up restaurant hosted during New York Fashion Week, providing fresh, healthy and delicious food. A different prominent NYC-based chef was featured each day, with a unique menu only available at GOODNESS, located at ROBERT, on the 9th floor of MUSEUM of Arts and Design. This season GOODNESS earned the CFDA's Health Initiative Stamp of Approval.

Tarek Abbas, National Make-Up Artist for Lancôme gave me a flawless, natural-looking makeup touch-up and walked me through this season's hottest new products and shades, and briefly went over some of the specific products he used on my face.

Wiedemann also partnered with Talenthouse and DJ Zen Freeman to choose a winning resident DJ Travisty to provide a soothing soundtrack of lounge music and modern remixes at the GOODNESS Lounge

Here's a look at ROBERT, and featured chefs during fashion week:
- Mario Batali of Babbo - February 11th
- Leo Forneas of ROBERT - February 12th
- Alain Allegretti of La Promenade des Anglais, February 13th
- Julian Medina of Toloache, February 14th
