The Michael Kors Paris Limited Edition Runway Watch made its debut on October 15th. The City of Light-themed timepiece is the second in a series of destination watches, following the New York version which launched earlier this year.

The dazzling chronograph is an adaptation of the best-selling Michael Kors Runway style and rendered in a rose gold tone. In paying homage to the iconic city, the dial displays the edition number and the words "Paris" in script, while the case back features an etched graphic of the skyline with the Eiffel Tower at its center. The dial is also embellished with a 2.5mm diamond at the number-12 index, adding a sense of jet set glamour to the iconic style.

The Paris Limited Edition Runway Watch is presented in a luxe brown collector’s box with a plush interior. A “Michael Kors Limited Edition” plaque is nestled inside the box, elevating the exclusivity.

The Paris Limited Edition Runway Watch is available at premier retailers and at michaelkors.com, and retails for $650.

G-Shock 30th Anniversary Press Conference and Performance by Eminem

On August 9th, I attended G-Shock's multimedia press conference at Manhattan Center, including a meet-and-greet with the G-Shock athlete roster and the creators of the legendary timepiece. Attendees were taken through a retrospective of G-Shock’s innovative technology and previewed upcoming product releases. New collaboration models between Eric Haze, DGK, Clot and Burton were showcased in addition to limited edition 30th Anniversary tribute models set to hit stores later this year.

The festivities continued with an exclusive 30th Anniversary after party with Slaughterhouse opening for Eminem, who took the stage for a private concert following the news of a G-Shock and Eminem collaborative timepiece that will be released in Fall of 2013.
