Milly Spring 2012 draws prints and colors inspired by Sonia Delaunay, with bold geometric embellishments and textural pleats. Graphic zig-zag, rectangle and stripe motifs are seen throughout clean, linear silhouettes .

The color story includes cobalt, vermillion, jade, tangerine, azure, brown, indigo, white fluorescent citron and khaki.

The colorful handbag collection consists of long, rectangular clutches, satchels, slim north/south totes and the iconic Milly and Sophia handbags. The handbags are made with luxe nappa, goatskin and ostrich-embossed leathers. Handbag details include oversized turn-lock closures, resin tortoise chain details and custom gold and silver-plate hardware.

Tibi Spring 2012

Tibi Spring 2012 is all "about modernizing and refreshing the 90s silhouette with streamlined cuts that carry a sportswear element of drawstring details, motor jackets, track suits, and asymmetrical hems."

This collection definitely has a sporty sophistication to it, with comfortable fabrics and a clean look. The standouts for me were the short and pant suits and silk tanks paired with wide-leg pants.

The palette includes soft hues of lemon yellow, salmon pink and mint green, along with golden yellow, cobalt blue, white, black and grey. Pairing color with neutrals makes for the perfect spring look.

Improvd Spring 2012

Improvd Spring 2012 is inspired by exotic birds and talking parrots, with tropical prints, red, green, blue, black and white included in the palette.

Standouts of the collection are draped tops and dresses, vests layered over maxi dresses, including slim, woven leather boleros and dresses that are shorter in length in the front and longer in the back.

When you catch a glimpse of Norman Ambrose Spring 2012, it's like "sun glistening on the Mediterranean like a sea of diamonds..."

This collection sparkles and shines with beading and embroidery details against a lustrous palette of black and gold, slate grey and silver, copper, blush and guava.

The dresses and separates look glamourous in tulle, chiffon, silk cashmere and jacquard fabrics.

The blush embroidered tulle evening gown is my favorite piece in the collection. It's the perfect red-carpet dress!

VLOV Spring / Summer 2012

VLOV Spring / Summer 2012 is inspired by the letter V, for graphic and graceful simplicity. The collection incorporates laser-cutting techniques, finish on high tech wool, creased linens and embossed fabrications.

The palette consists of white which represents hope, grey for introspective elegance, blue and black.

My favorite looks are the grey pinstriped cotton hooded jacket with light grey cotton pants and the grey wool jacket, black knit V-neck and black wool pants.

There are a few zip jackets, 3/4 sleeve jackets as well as elastic cuffs on jackets and pants in the collection.

What I really loved were the leather shoes, which look incredibly comfortable!

lia sophia Social Fashion™ Suite and Debut of "boudika" Red Carpet Collection™

This past September during New York Fashion Week 2011, I attended the lia sophia Social Fashion™ Suite at The Empire Hotel, to preview the boudika Red Carpet Collection™. Creative director Elena Kiam and lia sophia Red Carpet Collection™ designer Dani Stahl spoke with editors, celebrities and stylists about the new collection.

The boudika collection is inspired by urban and deco styles, making a bold, strong statement in red, orange and blue. Pieces include oversized pearls with metal accents, distressed gold and silver pieces. My favorite pieces are the Arrow Necklace and Ring with Black Diamond Crystals in Matte Gold, which both have that touch of glam that is just my style. It's like wearing a piece of art.

Jenny Packham Spring 2012

Jenny Packham hits Spring 2012 Hollywood glam style, adorned in beaded lace, sequin embellishments and gorgeously flowing chiffon gowns.

The collection is inspired by Rolling Stone's "She's the Rainbow". The pastel palette also includes white with vibrant orange and red. Can't wait to see some of these looks on the red carpet!
