Blog Meets Brand at the Delta T4X Pop-Up Lounge

Blog Meets Brand, presented by Single Edition Media, took place on Tuesday, May 14th at the Delta T4X Pop-Up Lounge at 376 West Broadway. Bloggers enjoyed networking with fellow fashion and beauty influencers while sampling products Elizabeth Arden, Completely Bare, BluePrint Cleanse, Glo Science, Foot Petals and Nanette Lepore. Guests enjoyed cocktails, bites and a special presentation featuring fashion, beauty and travel trips for summer from participating brands.  

To celebrate the newly transformed terminal at JFK, opening May 24th, Delta Air Lines recreated its Terminal 4 experience at the T4X pop-up. The pop-up includes $4 lunches, inspired by international destinations serviced out of JFK T4, plus travel surprises and rewards. Attendees can also visit the space to work, relax or re-charge. T4X is open to the public from 11am-3pm, Tuesdays - Sundays through May 22nd.

B|W|R's Kick Off Your Heels and Get Glam Fashion Week lounge at the Empire Hotel was one of my favorites to attend during Fashion Week Spring 2013. Some celebrity and VIP guests included Megan Hilty ("Smash"), Natasha Bedingfield, Mercedes Masohn ("666 Park Avenue"), Christian Siriano, Kaylee DeFer ("Gossip Girl") and AnnaSophia Robb ("The Carrie Diaries").

Foot Petals was a lifesaver to my feet by providing me with Tip Toes for my heels, and also had other sole-lutions on-hand. I then indulged in the Stella & Dot charm bar and previewed their holiday collection. In addition to jewelry, I was excited to see Stella & Dot scarves, candles, wallets and iPhone cases. bareMinerals provided makeup touchups featuring their Ready SPF 20 Foundation. I was introduced to Boomphones, super-comfy headphones which can be transformed into a boombox. I also got to learn more about Sanuk footwear and preview the Spring 2013 collection. I was amazed at the flip flops made out of real yoga mats, especially the wedge version.
