BCBGMAXAZRIA Spring 2014 at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week

BCBGMAXAZRIA Spring 2014 provides a fresh take on the cotton shirt dress and tuxedo shirt. The neutral palette consists of chambray and blush, and accented with black and white. Notable looks include cropped tuxedo tops and bustiers paired with relaxed fit-trousers. Silk, print-blocked, abstract watercolor pieces add an artistic touch, while lizard/leather clutches and leather lace-up open-toe booties add an urban edge to each look.

BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP Runway After Party Hosted by Max and Lubov Azria‏

  On Saturday, September 7th, Max & Lubov Azria hosted an exclusive after party celebrating the BCBGMAXAZRIA Runway and Herve Leger by Max Azria Spring 2014 collections. The event included a DJ set by DJ Kiss and special performance by Lauriana Mae.

Notable attendees included Katie Cassidy, Meghan Markle, Cara Santana, Jesse Metcalfe, Jessica Stroup, Jeannie Mai, and Lauriana Mae.

All guests traveled in style with $20 off their Uber ride. Partygoers were treated to beauty essentials from Sephora, Bumble and bumble and OPI.

Hutch Spring 2013 Featuring Watercolor Florals

I don't typically wear colorful florals, at least until I came across Hutch designer Daniel Saponaro and his feminine yet modern, bold prints. This watercolor floral silk cami was just my style once I paired it with mint green ripped jeans and white blazer for a perfect spring outfit. 

His line is very wearable, especially for the petite girl, with convertible and 3/4 sleeve details. There's so much I love in the Hutch spring collection, from shrunken blazers, shirt dresses and draped pocket tops to pleated elastic skirts and high waisted dresses. Along with conceptual prints, there's a good mix of chambray, navy, and pops of watermelon, jade, hot orange and marigold.

Springtime Blush Tones Featuring Habitual Denim and mark

You usually won't find me wearing blush tones or polka dots, but I couldn't resist pairing Habitual's Angelina skinny jeans with mark's Connect the Dots scarf. For coated denim, these jeans are actually really lightweight, comfortable and stretchy. I am impressed with the quality of the scarf and the longer length definitely allows for more styling options. Also new is mark's Color Me In eye crayon in Mint Candy. The eye crayon easily glides over the lid and along the lash line. It stays on all day long without fading or creasing.

BCBGMAXAZRIA Spring 2013

BCBGMAXAZRIA Spring 2013 has arrived, with tuxedo jackets in black and white stripes and a python print, printed wide leg pants with contrast color-blocking, vintage-inspired florals and print-blocked separates. Lookout for cutout, crochet and lace detailing. I have always found BCBGMAXAZRIA jackets and coats to have a petite-friendly fit without having to worry about a trip to the tailor. My spring favorites include the Brooke Cargo Jacket, Hailey Leather Jacket and Madison Contrast-Trim Trench Coat. 

If you are in the market for swimwear, BCBGMAXAZRIA has a great selection in tribal prints and pops of yellow, pink and orange. I love the fit of the bandeau and halter bikini tops. My favorite accessory this season is the Lulu Square Stone Clutch, which I'd rather just call the Tetris clutch since that's what it reminds me of!
