Adina's Jewels Baby Figaro Necklace, $50

Adina's Jewels include trendy pieces such as charm and chain necklaces, pendants, chokers and more, all great for layering together. Two of my top picks for layering is the Baby Figaro Necklace, in gold plated sterling silver, and the Double Sided Herringbone Necklace.

Valentine's Day Fragrance Pick: Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pure

My fragrance pick this Valentine's Day: Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pure, which made it's debut Summer 2016. This is definitely my favorite of Issey Miyake's fragrances. It is reminiscent of cool, crystal-clear waters of the ocean and water drops floating gracefully on a radiant bouquet of feminine flowers. It's the type of fragrance you can wear all day to the office and all night. 

Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pure has notes of Maratima, Ambergris, Lily of the Valley, Orange Blossom, Jasmine, Damask Rose and Cashmeran. The style of this fragrance is pure, elegant and modern.  

Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pure is available at Sephora, in a 3 oz / 90 mL size for $109 or 1.6 oz eau de parfum spray for $89.

Valentine's Day Fragrance Pick: Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker

Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker 10th Anniversary Edition

Still one of my favorite fragrances to date is Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker, which celebrated its 10th Anniversary in September, by introducing a special Anniversary Edition in a new Luxe Eau de Parfum Spray. 

It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since Lovely had launched back in 2005. Years ago when I was in my friend Doris' wedding, she had chosen Lovely as the bridesmaid gift, and it's been a favorite ever since. 

Lovely has top notes of soft citruses (nectarine and bergamot) and woody (rosewood) notes, with a touch of lavender. The fragrance opens further with notes of apple martini, white daffodil and orchid. The base unites white amber, cedar, woody notes and white musk. 

The limited edition bottle, which has Sarah Jessica Parker's signature with love & kisses, is still available at kohls.com. The limited edition bottle portrays the romantic style of vintage perfume bottles with a modern twist, in a champagne pink, metallized finish topped with a regal gold cap. The limited edition fragrance is available as a 3.4 oz Eau de Parfum, retailing for $68.

Accessories Council Holiday Gift Picks 2015

Here are my top ten favorite highlights from the Accessories Council holiday preview. There are some great gift ideas for shopping for those last-minute or post-holiday gifts, along with some items you may want to pick up for yourself! 

During the Ace Awards last month, MR. was announced as the winner of the 2016 Emerging Designer competition. Heather Hubbard presents an exciting holiday collection, featuring leather and suede fringe bags and colorblock clutches. You can find MR. handbags at Bloomingdale's and Ssaks Fifth Avenue, 

Nothing feels like winter like chunky hand-knit accessories. I love the fall/winter accessories that the3rdpiece.com can add to your edgy look, including cabled infinity scarves, fingerless knits, cowl scarves with a fringe border, beanies and headbands. Or if you prefer DIY gifts, you can create your own designer pieces! On their website they offer knit packages that include a downloadable patterns. 

Luxchillas has expanded their line to offer bucket mochila bags embellished with crystals and leather fringe for a luxe, boho-chic look, handcrafted by Wayuu Indigenous of Columbia. 

Pluma Jewelry creates gorgeous statement pieces made with gemstones and geodes like azurite, malachite and apopthyllite. I lvoe the whole look of pairing stones with metal, and even layering the pieces to create a bolder look. This is definitely on my own list to shop!

Black Lace Skin Jewelry is the luxe version of flash tatoos! They are made of the finest glitters, Swarovski elements, silks and satins and metallic gold and silver foil inks. The designs are inspired by Medieval times, with a modern, edgy twist. Their designs include Fleur de lis, royal crowns, roses, hearts, gothic crosses, crystal beaded snakes, thorns and feathers. They are hypoallergenic, self-adhesive and waterproof!

3D printing is taken to a hole other level, with jewelry designs by John Brevard. His rings, earrings, pendants and necklaces are inspired by natural geometries and phenomenology. 

Christina Greene jewelry is made of unique one of a kind handmade designs, incorporating natural stones from all over the world - amethyst, black onyx, labradorite, lapis, orange quartz, pearl, pyrite, red quartz and turquoise. Lapis and pyrite are some of my favorite stones - her designs definitely make beautiful gifts!

Deondra Jereé handbags are made of luxurious leather, with red being a prominent color this holiday season. Her designs are available as a backpack, clutch, crossbody, bucket bag, small leather goods and more. Her collection includes colorblocking, tassels and gold tone studs. 

Laudi Vidni reminds me a lot like Shoes of Prey except for handbags! A custom gift is the perfect gift to treat yourself to and play designer. With pouchettes starting at $75 and wristlets starting at $95, you can create your own accessory, choosing from 21 styles, 50 leathers, luxurious finishes and hand-brushed hardware and beautiful linings. Your custom designed bag arrives at your door within 4 - 8 weeks! One of my favorites is the Legato Fringe, starting at $195. 

I have already gotten so many compliments on the Rave Metal Clutch in Silver by Glass Handbag. I wore it to the International Emmy Awards last month and also used it for a recent style post (coming soon)! This limited edition bag is so unique, since it has a built-in electroluminescent lighting system and also comes with the batteries. 

The light panel built into the bag lasts about 25,000 hours. The battery life of the bag depends on the use, but typically if you use your bag every day the battery should last one month. In addition to this clutch there are a number of different handbag styles available, including crossbody, satchel, evening and vegan bags. 

I am always saying how I wish I had a bag equipped with a light when you open it up, and it looks like I got my wish!

Last Minute Father's Day Gifts

Here's a look at some last-minute Father's Day gifts. Since I always get my dad various plants for Father's Day, Green & Ground's Limited Edition Kai D. Plant Suit ($15-$35) is my top pick. It's an accessory for your plant that's stylish and functional. I love the quality of the fabric, and how it instantly dresses up the plant and gives it some character. It's also machine washable, so you don't have to worry about getting it soiled. It comes in three sizes: The suit is available in three standard pot sizes: tiny (tiny size comes with tiny pot), small and medium. 

The planters also add make a great gift and add personality to the plants. Every three months they release a different series of pots with custom colors. I love the current series which includes Gold and Light Blue. 

Another one of my top picks is the Wild & Wolf Aluminum Lunch Tin in Gold ($25). I think it makes a stylish multi-purpose tin, whether your storing your lunch or skincare supplies. Wild & Wolf has a lot of other interesting gadgets to check out, from card holders to manicure and shoe shine kits.

Accessories Council Mother's Day Top Picks 2015

With Mother's Day less than a week away, here are some last-minute gift picks from the Accessories Council Mother's Day preview.  My favorite accessory for the tech fashionista is Vanesa Rey's iPhone6 and iPhone6 Plus cases. The crossbody case features a leather snap-close wallet with credit card slots and a removable chain strap.

This newly launched Be Brilliant Tote in Rose Gold ($265) is both functional and stylish. The best feature is the zippered bottom shoe compartment. The tote also has a protective front-zip compartment that's perfect for an iPad or tablet of choice, and a protective interior compartment for storing your laptop. Other features include an interior neoprene lined zipper pocket, for storing jewelry, and a snap-out interior clear case for storing personal care items. 

Luxchilas limited edition bags are handmade in Columbia. 

Kemi Designs makes beautiful, custom gold-plated necklaces ($150) that can be hand stamped with your initials or a saying (up to 10 characters).

Moira Anne Artisan Jewelry makes bohmeian-chic beaded jewelry. Moira's one-of-a-kind pieces feature special stones and design to bring energy, healing and empowerment. 

Printed Village is a fashion brand that's also a designer community. Featured here is the Oh Buoy scarf ($38), which is the prefect accessory for completing your spring look.

I love the unique look of the slightly oversized Sheep Shades Nassau Beachwood sunglasses ($180).

Swarvoski sunglasses has a touch of glamour with Swarvoski crystal detailing.
