SUNGBOON EDITOR has launched a limited-edition collaboration with Disney and Pixar's Toy Story 5. Inspired by the beloved characters from the iconic film, the collection pairs Toy Story-inspired packaging with SUNGBOON EDITOR'S best-selling skincare formulas, while introducing two brand-new ampoules designed to target hydration and skin soothing.

The collection made its debut with a SUNGBOON EDITOR x Toy Story Glow Buddy House Pop-Up this weekend, August 7-9 at 74 Grand Street in NYC, 11am-6pm.

At the pop-up, you'll find 6 targeted, color-coded skincare lines featuring a different Toy Story character: Kojic Acid, Pink PDRN, Silk Peptide, Blue Agave, Red Heartleaf and Green Tomato.

At the Glow Buddy House, you get to explore each activation and receive a gift bag of products (including 3 products based on your skin concern), gatcha ball squish toy, zipper bag, travel-size samples, stickers and flavored sparkling water.

Kohler Celebrates 150th Anniversary in NYC

To kickoff their 150th anniversary this year, Kohler hosted two pop-up events in NYC from 10am - 4pm on January 26th and 27th, including complimentary KOHLER chocolates, espresso drinks and an appearance by Daniel Arsham and KidSuper. I stopped by the pop-up event on January 27th, on 17th & Broadway, where attendees from were able to score a signed, limited edition box of KOHLER x KidSuper Studio chocolates from 10am to 12pm. Anyone who received a golden ticket in their box won a $6K Kohler smart toilet!

KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates is one of my favorite chocolate brands, so I was super excited to get my hands on one of these variety ganache boxes, including Sour Cherry, Cranberry-Raspberry, Blueberry, Pineapple and Mandarin Ginger.

For anyone in the New York City area, be sure to follow KOHLER Experience Center NYC for updates on their events. They have an incredible showroom to explore their products!

Amundsen Sports NYC Pop Up Shop

Norwegian performance brand Amundsen Sports, known for there heritage-inspired apparel and footwear is hosting a pop up in NYC through the end of this year at the Westerlind store, located at 29 Spring Street.

At the pop up opening, I met with industrial designer Jorgen Amundsen, who co-founded Amundsen Sports in 2009 with Norwegian explorer and skier Erik Friis. Jorgen is a relative of Roald Amundsen, who set out to explore the South Pole in 1911, and lived with the Inuits to study their knowledge of cold weather survival and also explored cutting edge technology.

Amundsen Sports is best known for the technical knickerbocker, combining traditional ski wear with modern materials and functionality. Amundsen Sports is focused on building a sustainable, contemporary wardrobe, using natural materials such as wool, corduroy and cotton.

THINX Pop-Up in SoHo

With Jill Zarin, Real Housewives of New York City

Are you familiar with THINX? THINX, the period solutions company and creators of period-proof underwear, has opened up a pop-up in SoHo, open seven days a week from 11am to 7pm through February 28th.

Shoppers can see all of THINX's products in-person and meet with specialists to help redesign their period solutions with customized packages and panty packs, like a customized Cycle-Set Bar.

All three THINX brands, THINX, THINX (BTWN) and Icon are available for sale at the pop-up. Here's a closer look at each brand:
  • THINX period proof underwear can be worn as a replacement or back-up to traditional period products. Depending on your flow (light, medium, or heavy), THINX period-proof pants can replace pads and tampons, or be worn with tampons and cups for extra protection.

  • THINX (BTWN) is specifically for young people with periods, ages 9-16. THINX (BTWN) comes in three different styles, including Bikini, Brief and Shorty, and come in two colors/one print: Tidal Wave, Beet Juice, and Let's Polka!

  • Icon underwear is designed for bladder leaks — bringing a new level of confidence to those who experience leaks, as they no longer have to worry about their disposable products being seen, or be concerned about unpleasant odors. Icon is available in five styles: Hi-Waist, Hiphugger, French Cut, Bikini and Thong. Color options include: Black, Beige, Grey, and Blue.
During the media preview, I met with Jill Zarin, star of Housewives of New York City, who is a huge fan of THINX Inc. products. Visiting the pop-up really got me excited about the brand and trying out their underwear.

If you can't make it to the pop-up, you can also shop online and get $10 off your order with my THINX referral code! Read the full review of my experience wearing THINX.

Victoria's Secret PINK 'PINK Snowed Inn' Experiential Holiday Pop-Up

I finally made it to Victoria's Secret PINK 'PINK Snowed Inn' Experiential Holiday Pop-Up, which is a ten-day interactive winter wonderland, open from December 8 - 17th in Soho at 429 Broadway, just a few blocks from the PINK store at 565 Broadway. The pop-up is exclusive to PINK Nation members, and if you aren't a member you can download the PINK Nation App to access your invite.

The PINK Snowed Inn pop-up was a ton of fun, with several photo ops including a giant snow globe and PINK slide. You can also customize a complimentary $5 gift card, check out the bath bomb station, and choose a prize hidden behind the PINK Ornament Wall (I won a Let's Glow Face Mask). On the way out guests will receive a goodie bag with PINK freebies.

Make it there if you can for the last day, December 17th from 1 to 7PM. Just expect a long line, as they don't overcrowd the pop-up experience inside.

SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker NYC Pop-Up

The SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker Pop-Up Shop at 6 West 52nd Street opened on Black Friday and was only going to be open through December 3rd, but has been extended, through December 15th! Phone cases, candles, fragrances, clutches and bags are also available.

I made it to the pop-up during the first weekend in December, and I'm so glad I did since I never tried a pair of SJP shoes on until now! I fell in love with all the sparkly shoes, quality and details. I tried on several pairs, and the size 35 really fit true to size, and they are pretty comfortable, especially since there are a variety of heel heights and styles.

Sarah Jessica Parker launched the SJP footwear line in 2014 with Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus. All the shoes are made in Italy and are available at Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. There's one notable difference though. The stores don't carry a size 35 - the availability starts at a 35.5, so if you happen to be a size 35, I suggest you drop by the pop-up!

Spark Your Senses at the CandlePower by Yankee Candle Pop-Up

If you haven't been yet, the CandlePower by Yankee Candle Pop-Up Shop at 503 Broadway in NYC is the perfect place to get all your holiday gifts! The immersive pop-up shop is open until January 3rd and includes Yankee Candle, WoodWick and Chesapeake Bay Candle. The best part is that you can personalize a large candle by choosing a scent and photo you'd like to use. It's ready in minutes, all boxed up and ready to go! There are also some limited edition scents exclusive to the NYC pop-up, including New York City at Dawn, Fall in Central Park, and City Lights. I'm so in love with the New York City at Dawn cashmere plum scent - I think I'm going to have to go back and get that candle for myself! There are also some photo ops while you tour each station!
