Transitioning into Fall with Von Vonni, Nina Shoes and Lenovo

Above Photo: Look #1 - Dress: Von Vonni Transformer (Short) - halter-style in Teal, Shoes: Nina Shoes Celeyna in Multi Rainbow Amazon

As we transition into fall weather, we can still enjoy the last few days of warm weather in sleeveless dresses and sandals. Von Vonni's Transformer (Short) is one of my favorite versatile dresses, which you can wear 20 different ways. I chose to wear it halter-style, as a skirt, and as a tunic paired with leggings and a blazer.

One of my new favorite pairs of shoes is the Celeyna strappy sandal by Nina Shoes (was $79.00, now $39.99). This sandal is just my style, in a 4-inch heel and multi-color snakeskin print. I don't have to worry about my foot sliding forward or out of the sandal thanks to the stretch mesh strap. I may end up getting The Cosetta in the natural-tan snakeskin print next, since it is identical to the Celeyna.

If you aren't familiar with Nina Shoes, they feature affordable footwear from sandals and pumps to wedges and boots. Nina Shoes is known for their great selection of evening shoes, with sizing starting at a size 5. Nina Shoes also has a vintage-inspired line, Nina Originals, debuting at Macy's at NYC Herald Square and San Francisco Union Square stores beginning this fall. Some of the styles include Aneko in Rust and Scarlett, Vessy in Olive and Darby in Black Suede.

My latest tech accessory pick is the Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 11S, a multi-functionable and fashionable ultrabook. It flips and folds 360 degrees into tent, stand, tablet or laptop mode. Click here to read the full review.

More Ways to Wear the Von Vonni Transformer Dress

Look #1: Transformer Dress, Jimmy Choo sandals, Polarized Eyewear

So I recently found a few more ways to wear my Von Vonni Transformer - as an asymmetrical dress, skirt or tunic. I love the way the lightweight jersey flows with a slight breeze, adding more volume. This royal blue is one of my favorites of Von Vonni colors, especially for transitioning into fall. The Transformer is easy to dress up, dress down, or layer with.

Look #2: Geren Ford top, Transformer Dress as a skirt, Silvia Tcherassi for Payless sandals, Marc by Marc Jacobs iPad case, Daisy Fuentes for Kohl's sunglasses

Since I hemmed the dress, it was too short to wear as a strapless dress, but perfect for wearing as a tunic and pairing with a pair of leggings and a vest.
Look #3: Helmut Lang vest, Transformer Dress as a tunic, The Promise Collection by Tommy Hilfiger necklace, Duro Olowu for jcp, Lanvin sunglasses

Modern Glam: Von Vonni Transformer Dress

Von Vonni's Transformer Dress is glamorous and stunning, especially in red, and the best part is that you can wear it twenty-five different ways, draping, twisting, tying and cinching it into a halter, deep V, one-shoulder, kimono sleeve, Grecian-style or even as a maxi skirt. Another thing that amazes me about this dress is that it is one size fits all, and I didn't even alter the length. I plan on getting it tailored so I have more ways to wear it, but the dress can actually be shortened with a pair of scissors since there is no hemline. I love that this dress also makes me look tall! The Transformer Dress is available in multitude of colors, patterns, metallics and a shorter, cocktail dress version at vonvonni.com.

Dress: Von Vonni Transformer, $120
Headband: Deepa Gurnani
Earrings: Jewelmint
Shoes: Silvia Tcherassi for Payless

Many thanks to Valerie Star for styling my hair, makeup and nails with sponsors Salon Grafix, BaByliss PRO, Pop Beauty and Zoya products at Caravan Stylist Studio at The Carlton Hotel. Thank you Claudine DeSola for having me at the studio!

Cocktail Chic in Von Vonni

I've been looking for a chic cocktail dress to my wardrobe and found it at Von Vonni. The black Florence French Appliqué Dress in XS actually fit perfectly without any tailoring needed. The rosette appliqué detailing adds texture and volume to the dress. It's perfect to wear for a dinner or cocktail party. The modern, romantic dress is fun, yet elegant.
