FOX's The Following: Interviews with Kevin Bacon and Shawn Ashmore

Back in October, I sat down with Kevin Bacon and Shawn Ashmore during New York Comic Con to discuss Season 2 of The Following. What can we expect? This season takes place about a year later, with Ryan teaching criminology in Manhattan. He has sobered up, is no longer involved with the FBI and meets a new potential love interest, Lily Gray, played by Connie Nielsen. We can assume it doesn't take too long before the madness starts and Joe Carroll's followers go on a killing spree.

This season is very different from Season 1, and can't wait to see it unfold in NYC. It will be interesting to see what impact last season had on Mike Weston's character, and get a closer look into Mike's character outside of the FBI.

Time to catch up on the first season! The Following returns to FOX with a special preview of Season 2 on Sunday, January 19th, after the NFC Championship, and then on Mondays at 9/8c starting January 27th. You can watch clips from The Following panel at Comic Con here

FOX's The Following Panel at New York Comic Con 2013

On October 13th during the last day of Comic Con, I joined FOX's The Following creator/executive producer Kevin Williamson, executive producer/director Marcos Seiga, and stars Kevin Bacon, James Purefoy, Shawn Ashmore, Connie Nielsen and Valorie Curry for a special video presentation and Q&A panel. The Following's intense second season returns to FOX this January, where we'll see a new fresh take on Ryan Hardy, one year later. The big question is what really happened to Joe Carroll and what have his followers been up to?

Check out some of the video clips from the panel below and get ready for the upcoming season!
