Recap: Syfy's The Magicians at New York Comic Con 2017

Syfy's The Magicians Season 3 starts on January 10th, and although I must admit that I'm not caught up to the end of Season 2 yet, it was great to sit in on The Magicians panel during New York Comic Con this past October to get a sneak peek of the upcoming season.

The panel was moderated by Damian Holbrook (TV Guide) and included The Magicians cast members Jason Ralph (Quentin Coldwater), Stella Maeve (Julia Wicker), Olivia Taylor Dudley (Alice Quinn), Arjun Gupta (Penny Adiyodi), and Hale Appleman (Eliot Waugh) alongside executive producers and co-creators Sera Gamble and John McNamara.

Check out this clip including fun questions for the cast.

In this clip, the cast of The Magicians give us some insight into Season 3.

Syfy's 12 Monkeys: Season 2 at New York Comic Con 2015

Syfy's 12 Monkeys Season 2 just started a few weeks ago and I have yet to get caught up. I have a feeling I'll be binge watching episodes this week.

At New York Comic Con 2015 back in October, I was thrilled to meet with Syfy's 12 Monkeys creator Terry Matalas, Emily Hampshire as Jennifer, Amanda Schull as Cassie Reilly, Barbara Sukowa as Jones, Todd Stashwick as Deacon, Aaron Stanford as Cole, and Kirk Acevedo as Ramse.

Catch new episodes of Syfy's 12 Monkeys on Mondays at 9/8c. Learn more about the series at syfy.com/12monkeys. Check out my interviews here with the 12 Monkeys cast at New York Comic Con in 2014 for their first season.

Terry Matalas talks time travel and takes us through who you'll see in Season 2

Emily Hampshire and Amanda Schull fill us in on Season 2 - we find out more about Cassie and Cole and how their characters develop. Amanda talks about how being the one to now time travel affects her as an actress. Emily also talks about where we'll see Jennifer's character go this season - at one point sane, and at another point older in 2043

Barbara Sukowa and Todd Stashwick talk about what they think about time travel and where they would want to go.

Aaron Stanford and Kirk Acevedo talk about the 2nd season - what the dynamic is between Cole and Ramse, and what the differences are between Aaron's character now and when he played Birkhoff on Nikita.

Syfy's 12 Monkeys is inspired by the classic blockbuster movie. If you love shows that revolve around time travel, then you'll love Syfy's 12 Monkeys!

You can watch all-new episodes of Syfy's 12 Monkeys on Fridays at 9/8c. Learn more about the new Syfy series at syfy.com/12monkeys

Syfy's Haven Panel at New York Comic Con 2013

My first panel of Comic Con 2013 kicked off with the cast of the Syfy hit series Haven on October 10th at the Jacob Javitz Convention Center. The panel included Richard Donut, who moderated the panel, Emily Rose, Lucas Bryant, Eric Balfour, John Dunsworth, Shawn Piller and Brian Millikin.

This was my first Haven panel which was filled with lots of laughs, singing and even ended with Eric Balfour performing a marriage for two fans. The Haven cast was all about the fans, who took the time to meet with fans after the panel for autographs and pictures.

Check out the videos below from the panel. You can catch season 4 of Haven on Friday nights on the Syfy channel at 10pm ET.

Lucas Bryant walks us through what it's like to get hit by Adam Copeland aka Edge.

Emily Rose gives us a hint as to seeing Audrey's character again this season. If you caught Friday's episode, then you know that Audrey has been masquerading as Lexie to prevent having to kill Nathan right on the spot when she returned to Haven. I'm curious to see how Nathan finally realizes that Lexie is really Audrey.

Shawn Piller and Brian Millikin discuss how the Stephen Kin references come into play in Haven
