The Legend of Hercules Panel at New York Comic Con 2013

Back in October, I attended the Legend of Hercules panel during New York Comic Con. The upcoming adventure film stars Kellan Lutz as the mythological Greek hero. The panel featured a Q & A with Kellan Lutz, Gaia Weiss, Director Renny Harlin, Liam McIntyre, Scott Adkins and Co-Producer Jonathan Yunger.

Check out the video clips from the panel and additional images below. The Legend of Hercules hits theaters on January 10th, 2014. Check out the official trailer at hercules3dmovie.com

Nintendo DSi Suite During NY Fashion Week Fall 2010

Tuesday, February 16th was my last, long busy day filled with appointments and shows during fashion week. My first stop of the day was the Nintendo DSi suite at the Bryant Park Hotel. I got a sneak peek and went through a demo of the Nintendo DSi XL system from Nintendo. I currently don't have a Nintendo DSi, but was hooked after playing the new Super Mario game. I could play that game for hours on end. There are a lot of new features and games for the new system, so I hope to share all the details once they are released.

To my surprise, I was happy to see Calvin Klein Underwear's newest model / Twilight star Kellan Lutz at the suite. I also spotted AnnaLynne McCord getting several spa treatments.

I decided I had enough time to get some treatments done myself, so I first got a makeover from Temptu, who used the Temptu air brush to apply foundation. I enjoyed getting a massage from Spa Chicks On-The-Go, who were also providing manicures and pedicures and then got my hair curled by Oscar Blondi.

I hope Nintendo comes back for Spring 2011 Fashion Week! So many of the lounges and suites were held at the Bryant Park Hotel. It will be interesting to see where everyone ends up as fashion week moves to Lincoln Center next season.

Another groundbreaking Calvin Klein Underwear campaign is here for Spring 2010. In another month, you'll see the newest underwear models on billboards, outdoor ads, online banners and print ads. The four new models will be sporting the new Calvin Klein X underwear, now available at cku.com.

The campaign features:
  • Actor Kellan Lutz, known as vampire Emmett Cullen in the Twilight films, with the third installment Eclipse in theaters on June 30th.

  • Actor Mehcad Brooks, known as Eggs for the past two seasons on HBO’s hit series True Blood, and now stars as an attorney on ABC’s new legal drama, The Deep End.

  • Fernando Verdasco, a top ten ranked professional player in the world and second in his home country of Spain.

  • Former Japanese soccer star Hidetoshi Nakata, who has played most of his career in Europe.
The campaign photography was shot by Photographer Mikael Jansson and digital films were produced by Darius Khondji in New York City. The campaign was directed by Trey Laird of Laird & Partners.

Look for a sneak peek of the digital campaign during the last week of February, while the full campaign will launch on March 1st, on the xmarkyourspot.com microsite. xmarkyourspot.com will include imagery and videos featuring all four men, with behind-the-scenes footage from the photo shoot as well as the opportunity to learn more about the campaign and the product.

The new men's Calvin Klein X underwear comes in two fabrications - cotton modal and microfiber. Cotton features a a blue logo, while microfiber features a red logo. The underwear has a bold, thin lightweight waistband with a center patch, inspired by the fighting shorts of a boxer. Cku.com is the first to carry the new Calvin Klein X underwear line, and will soon be available in stores.
