Hanky Panky for Hello Kitty Collection Launch Party

On Wednesday, May 16th I joined Hanky Panky & Sanrio for a night of girly fun at the Hanky Panky for Hello Kitty Collection launch party at Studio 450 at 450 West 31st Street.

The party was in support of The Humane Society of the United States, with special guests included Hello Kitty, Tiffani Thiessen and Jaime King. Attendees enjoyed cocktails, cupcakes and hors d'oeuvres while enjoying music by DJ India Jewel Jackson. Activities included a flipbook photo booth with Hello Kitty props and Sephora Hello Kitty Beauty Express Services featuring makeup touch ups and the new Hello Kitty Big Pink Bow Fragrance available at Sephora.

Hello Kitty Hello Pretty Collection Summer 2012 Exclusively at Sephora

Hello Kitty beauty has launched the Hello Pretty Collection for Summer 2012, exclusively at Sephora. The fashionably chic collection is inspired by runway trends seen from New York to Milan, with hot pink, golden hues and classic black and white polka dots making a statement.

The limited-edition Hello Kitty Hello Pretty Limited Edition Collection includes:

The Hello Kitty Big Pink Bow Fragrance has quickly become one of my new favorite fruity and floral scents, with a blend of juicy pineapple, pink honeysuckle, fresh gardenia, clean coconut and warm vanilla. The Hello Kitty Big Pink Bow Fragrance is available as a 50ml spray ($58), Rollergirl roller ball ($19) and solid perfume ring ($29). The ring is one size and too big for my fingers, but I would definitely opt to wear it as a necklace.

Forever 21 for Hello Kitty Exclusive Collection

The Forever 21 for Hello Kitty Exclusive Collection launched on November 18th. This is the first exclusive collaboration between Forever 21 and Sanrio, with the limited-edition fashion collection featuring women's apparel, intimates, hosiery, jewelry and accessories.

I grew up with Hello Kitty, so it's great to still be able to indulge in the brand as an adult, with retro graphics and super-cute Hello Kitty pointelle sweaters, logo crop tees and cardigans. My nieces are also Hello Kitty fans, and would love the accessories in this collection, including jewelry, bags and socks and scarves.

These must-have pieces make the perfect holiday gift for Hello Kitty fans. The collection includes soft pleather, plastic and shimmering sequins as well as bow blouses and shrunken blazers to showcase Hello Kitty's fashionable side. The Forever 21 for Hello Kitty Exclusive Collection is currently available at Forever 21 stores and online at forever21.com, with prices ranging from $3.80 to just under $30.
