Spanx Giveaway

Back in October I 'got my Spanx on' when I won the Spanx Twitter giveaway! These are the products that I won. My favorites definitely the Haute Contour thong and I can't wait to try the Slim Congnito Shape-Slip. My favorite tights to wear are always Spanx. The Tight-End Tights are so comfortable.

Movie Set Pop Up Shop

This is definitely one pop up shop you don't want to miss! This sale has been extended! I went this past Sunday and got a Chloe blouse for $100, Marc Jacobs blouse for $60 and a Katayone cashmere sweater for $40!

They have all different sizes and price points! Plenty of racks to look through, plus shoes and handbags. I definitely plan on going back!

Daffy's Holiday Gift Picks

If you are still doing your holiday shopping and love getting good deals, check out what Daffy's discount store has to offer. I went shopping this afternoon and picked up some great gifts, with most of them under $10!

These boxes are great for packaging your gifts and great for storing trinkets thereafter.


You can find candles for $10 or less, either festive or scented candles such as Vanilla Sugar or Chocolate Cupcake.


Everyone needs good nonslip hangers like this 10-pack by Sheffield Home, $6.99. They come in different colors such as pink, red, purple, grey teal and black.


If you are looking for a men's gift, check out these Calvin Klein ties for only $13.99! They normally retail for $49.50!

Umbrellas are another gift you can never go wrong with. Everyone needs one. I just had to get this lip print umbrella by IZOD. It was only $7.99! I also liked these other two prints by cul-de-sac for $8.99.

I see no harm in buying needed gifts for myself while I do my holiday shopping. Since the weather is supposed to get extremely chilly this week, I bought a pair of black Surell earmuffs for $9.99!

I also thought the Jasmine Drawer liners would make a great gift. The liners include 6 sheets for $6.99.

I was happy to stumble upon this 3T faux fur vest by Guess Jeans for $35.99! Just the gift I was looking for and right on trend! This was my last find of the day. I did well with my holiday shopping at Daffy's. I hope you do too!

The selection at discount stores vary, so you never know what you may find. I did my holiday shopping at the Secaucus, NJ store. I wasn't able to make it to any of the Manhattan locations this weekend but I'm sure they have a ton of great gifts there.

I just wanted to thank Daffy's for sending me a $50 gift card. I hadn't been to Daffy's in ages and it allowed me to find some great holiday gifts!
